Do you trust yourself to speak?

I am going to share openly here that I realised a few months ago I was not fully and completely trusting myself. I was living in my speaking and communication comfort zone.

Podcasts, videos, interviewing, giving talks with presentations, all with preparation and planning.

However, speaking fully spontaneously and allowing myself to speak freely did not happen often.

That is one of the reasons why I decided to start these lives to build my self-trust. That’s when I decided nothing was stopping me.

In this week’s live I share with you my learnings and how to build your own self-trust so you can speak up confidently in your own situations that you feel uncomfortable in today. Allow yourself the freedom to speak and achieve your goals.
