Hi Friends and Welcome to the Preparing the Church for the Harvest podcast.

This is a show for ministry leaders who want to be prepared and ready for what the Lord is doing next in their ministry.

If you ever wonder how you can be more effective in your role of ministry or how your church can improve and be ready for the people the Lord is bringing your way. Or if you need a shift in your vision or want to engage and energize your leaders… this show is for you.

We are all about Jesus and believe the Bible is the infallible word of God. We recognize the trinity in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and believe in the Supernatural work of the Lord. We are praying for revival and believe there is coming a Great Awakening which will bring an abundance of souls into the Kingdom of God.

I'm your host, Jacklin Drake. I am a wife, mom, Gigi, speaker, author, business administrator for a non-profit ministry, and founder of Effective Ministry Solutions LLC where we strive to Equip, Engage, and Energize leaders in Ministry.

I am passionate about helping YOU strategically prepare for the work the Lord is leading you to do in YOUR ministry.

I want you and your church TO BE PREPARED FOR THE HARVEST.

I am so excited to share the topics we already have scheduled for you.

As we kick off I will share how the Lord lead me to start this podcast and the vision He has given me for it.

We already have several guest interviews lined up to cover the topics of revival, discovering your spiritual gifts, intercessory prayer, hospitality, and ministry beyond the walls of the church.

My goal is to cover a wide variety of topics, all of which will tie back into preparing the church.

Our goal is to officially launch on June 22, 2022. The plan is to release two new episodes each month…On the first and third Wednesdays. Make sure you subscribe to the show to get notifications of new episodes.

I am confident that the Lord has a plan for your future, my future, and the future of this podcast. I also know that His plan is a much better one than I can even imagine so I pledge to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and cover the topics He puts in front of me, to the best of my ability.
