During my second year of grad school, I started to see coaching as a way to open doors for myself. I had been working in serving capacities my entire professional career, so I knew I was meant for more. I wanted to have more earning potential, have more autonomy over my career, and serve my community with the skills I had learned. And I did it! Now, I’m going to teach you how to do the same.
