Are you ready to remove burnout this year? 2024 has seriously been off to the races. Usually this time of year is very lowkey, chill vibes, but that is not the vibe this year. I think a lot of us are feeling the intensity and the last thing I want is for you to carry that weight throughout the year.
I want to share my intentional approach to what I’m doing this year to make sure I do not experience burnout and feel like I want to run away from it all. And as ambitious women, it can be hard to slow down and not always be on the go.
I’m showing you how to look at your year, in both you life and your business, and how it can help you avoid burnout and shed any guilt that may creep in. Remember: you don’t have to go at 100% all the time. Balance is key!
