As a working mom we have a constant running list in our heads. From doctors appointments, meetings, dinner and the recipes that go along with it, to the marriage we would like to have— there are a lot of things we can have constantly circulating in our minds!! We call this the mental load and when yours is too heavy, it sparks things like fatigue, anxiety, resentment and more. And the thing is, if we don’t actively do something about it, it will always be there. But the good news? There are four simple ways you can reduce your mental load and Veronica is going to talk about exactly that today. Are you ready to take some of that weight off of your shoulders?
