The plaintiff says the defendant is his co-worker, and she hired him to housesit and take care of her pets. He says she’s stiffing him on payment, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff put hundreds of miles on her car without permission, and he left the house a mess. She’s countersuing for car usage and killing her plants.
The plaintiff says the defendant is her cousin, and she agreed to attend her 50th birthday party in Barbados. After COVID-19 shut the island down, the event was postponed. She couldn’t attend on the new date, but her cousin won’t return the money she had previously paid, so she’s suing. The defendant says she offered to let people cancel, but her cousin chose not to.
