In other words, the deciding mark of an accomplished man is his ability to surrender the need for control and release rigid definitions of personal strength to achieve the goal at hand.

• Men are meant to help facilitate goals for their partners, their families, and their businesses. Are you operating in this kind of facilitation mode or are you coming at it from a direction mainly meant to boost your ego?

• Men have a habit of considering themselves lesser-than if what they say isn’t listened to or respected; don’t fall for this yourself!
