Martin and Lyne left their lives behind in Montreal to invest in New Brunswick full-time in March 2021 after witnessing the significant cash flow potential there. Lyne was applying for school there, and Martin had been investing in real estate in Montreal, but New Brunswick and Moncton specifically was the perfect place to invest, with less competition, more affordability, an a good work force looking for places to live. Many times there’s better cash flow outside your geographical investment area, even if you have to eventually hire a property manager, or if you are BRRRR-ing. They are now mainly focused on self-storage facilities in the US, due to favourable laws and not having to deal with tenants!

Martin and Lyne left their lives behind in Montreal to invest in New Brunswick full-time in March 2021 after witnessing the significant cash flow potential there. With an integrated marketing strategy to source leads, in just over a year, they have done over 50 off-market property acquisitions, focusing on wholesaling, BRRRRs and JVs. Now expanded to a team of 16, and having become one of the top producers of off-market opportunities in the east coast, they are working on building a 7-figure wholesale business. They are also working on leveling up their 35+ door portfolio to commercial assets, specifically self-storage and assisted living facilities.
