Depression and various mental health issues are being pushed everyday and are being normalized through mainstream media. House.. genius Doctor tapi depressed, Sherlock.. ada anxiety.. 13 Reasons Why.. and the list goes on. Aku rant ni bukan mengkritik depression or anxiety itself but the glamorization of it. Budaya menormalisasikan depression as if ni benda yang common dan harus dilayani oleh setiap individu is utter nonsense.
