Trace the Shadow is a 4 piece English/Spanish rock group hailing from the South side of Chicago. Originally started in 2009 by Jesse (Guitarist) and Rafael (Drummer), the band began as a group of high school kids playing at the local talent show with fellow classmate Anthony, who would later become the band’s singer and rhythm guitarist. Although the group’s first time playing together was done on short notice, we continued to play and develop as a band by playing outside of school. Following a series of talent shows over a span of 3 years, Arnold, former bassist of “The Minorities” was invited to join us in 2012. What was once an excuse to pick up instruments soon became a hobby for us. We enjoy playing live music whenever the opportunity arises. Radio One Chicago airs live every Thursday night on WLUW-FM from 6p to 8p cst.
