Lori Berenz is a certified Level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher, Director of Yoga Journey in Collingwood Ontario, and she serves on the Board of the Iyengar Yoga Association of Canada. Having been employed in Human Resources Management in the corporate world for 15 years, Lori understands the challenges of balancing family and career, and the importance of finding time and space to implement yogic practices into a modern lifestyle.
