In this Pause To Elevate Podcast, my guest is Erin Woo. She is Assistant Director of Mindfulness in Education at Brown University, a senior mindfulness teacher and teacher trainer, and a researcher. Her research is focused on adapting mindfulness to make it more accessible to diverse groups, especially for underrepresented communities. She also presented a TEDx talk about mindfulness and where emotion come from.
