He is a pediatrician specializing in Adolescent Medicine, and founding Director of the BC Children’s Hospital Centre for Mindfulness, in Vancouver.
Dr. Vo is the author of The Mindful Teen and co-developed with Dr. Jake Locke, the Mindful Awareness and Resilience for Adolescent (MARS-A). He also developed a Mindful Healing course for health care providers. He shares the challenges of the current overdose crisis and the vision for more mindfulness in medicine, as well as creating mindful hospitals.
