Kenia Munguia is a Honduran Nicaraguan actress and writer who started her career in Los Angeles. A year ago, she moved to New York City to push her artistic boundaries and expand her professional horizons. She considers herself fortunate that she has linked with Latinx mentors and creatives who push her to be the kind of artist that can give back to her comunidad - to do this, she recognizes that artists must be in a constant state of open-minded curiosity and growth. Since this episode was recorded, she has booked new projects and secured bi-coastal representation with agencies that recognize her ability to go beyond the script's text and land squarely at the heart of the characters she brings to life.
