Rami Kawas currently serves as the Executive Director and an Instructor at Oaktree Institute. For over a decade, Rami has had a passion for learning and teaching personal development and leadership programs. He has served in different leadership capacities for various nonprofit organizations at local and national levels. He has extensive experience in organizing and delivering educational and training programs as well as a long track record in leading various departments, events, projects and programs that concentrate on development and leadership.
He is a graduate of the Qalam Islamic Seminary and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Psychology from Harvard University.
He has held various leadership roles within the community including being a Youth Director, Training and Development Director, and a consultant for nonprofit organizations around Organizational and Leadership Development. He is happily married with two children and resides in the New York area.
