Jennifer Lucero-Earle is a magician of the soul. She uses music, movement and powerful storytelling to shift your mind, heart, spirit and body to higher vibrations. Her maiden name, Lucero, means “bright star.” Jennifer is an embodied diviner, the creator of ArcanaDance, a Black Belt Nia teacher and movement facilitator with over 30 years of experience working with the tarot. Her charge in life is to facilitate safe non-judgmental experiences for people to move, feel, heal, and grow into a more joyful self through tarot and on the dance floor of life. Born and raised in the boogie down Bronx to parents from Puerto Rico and Argentina, Jennifer is a proud first-generation American. She attended public schools in the Bronx for her entire education and was first in her family to graduate from college and attend graduate school. It "only" took her 10 years and attending three different colleges to complete her B.A. She finally graduated with Psi Chi honors (International Honor Society in Psychology) and magna cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2003. There were lots of tears, of pride and joy, at her graduation. She then went on to pursue very “no blueprint-like” graduate training in Experiential Health and Healing at The Graduate Institute in Connecticut where she focused her studies on kinesthetic-learning and somatic (body-based) healing. Jennifer has an older sibling she adores to no end and several nieces and nephews that mean the world to her. Two fun facts, Jennifer is the tallest woman in her family, at 5’2, and one of five generations in her family alive at one time. She feels so blessed to have a living abuelita (99 years of age), mother, niece and great niece. A no blueprint soul from the start, Jennifer always had a desire to move west, even researching west coast colleges when she was in high school. Her dream finally came true after having what she calls a “catalyzing and life-transforming” experience due to 9/11/2001 and the subsequent deaths of her father and father-in-law. In 2005, seeking to set new roots, she migrated west. Jennifer currently lives in Seattle, WA with her wonderful husband of 18 years and their two cats. Her American husband, also a native New Yorker, can trace his family roots back to the settlers, which makes for fascinating conversation! Two creative souls, their home is a haven for art, culture, music, dance, laughter, geek moments, and the occasional science experiment. She feels so lucky to have such a loving, incredible ally, support and champion on her journey to finding her place in the world. Jennifer travels around the country and world sharing her work.
