Jarrod is a journalist who has recently gone through some "professional turmoil" over a story he wrote, when one day, his boss calls him into his office for a meeting. Jarrod is nervous, thinking he's about to be fired, but instead, his boss gives him a new assignment. He asks Jarrod to go undercover at Galisi Institute, the mysterious new mental health clinic up in the mountains that hasn't been returning any of his boss' calls.
