Hi I'm Jason Waters and welcome to Cash Flow. With us today we have Leigh Anne Lankford of TrainingPros. Welcome, Leigh Anne! - Hi, thank you. - Tell us a little bit about what you do, what your business does and about yourself. It's a lot of questions at once. So TrainingPros is a specialized staffing company. It's a nationwide company and we work with learning and development consultants, putting them to work with our clients. We like to say when you have more projects than people we can help you out and get those projects started with confidence with a really skilled consultant. So I've been with TrainingPros since 2007. I joined as the relationship manager there and prior to that I was a consultant working the talent pool. But yeah so just in January I became president of the company. But I was with them 13 years now. - Congratulations. - Thank you thank you. So I've been in the Learning and Development space 28-years, since 1992. So I think that just dated me. Everybody knows how old I am now. I work with a lot of small businesses and we do a lot on the finance side and but I always get involved with a lot of different aspects. Helping people.... they'll come to me saying hey my IT is broken who do you recommend? My HR systems are broken, what should we do? Payroll, whatever you get into it. Heck even sometimes it's Business Development. Say hey Jason, I know you know a lot about this so I know a little bit about a lot right? So tell us what would help me to help my clients is to know
