How we get to deal with self-judgement is not easy. Self-judgement is in you without even knowing it.
What you actually know is whether it is positive or negative. We tend to lie more on the negatives rather than the positives, its a human condition.
In this episode, I share four prctises that helped me get rid of most of the negative self-judgement. It felt great and I want you to feel great too.
I can confess there is no superhuman feeling better than positivism running through your veins. My secret recipe is self acceptance.
I hope that by sharing this information with you, it will push you to start changing the way you think about yourself and become positive.
