In addition to being one of the strongest steroid free women in the history of the world, she is also one of the warmest and nicest people in the strength field. LJ has been drug free her entire career. She is nick-named “white lights” due to her perfect form and technique. She has won open world titles, and 8 other master world titles in powerlifting. She changed sports in 1998 from powerlifting to olympic lifting. She has won 15 national titles in masters olympic lifting, and recently won her 9th master world title, and 3rd master World Games Championship.
