In this episode Harold King speaks with Stephen Effron, about EFCO Products, his family’s 100 plus year-old Poughkeepsie based business. Millions of people every day, around the world, enjoy sweet and savory products that include one or more of EFCO’s fine ingredients. They offer an ever-growing portfolio of off-the-shelf products and custom formulated products that include bakery fillings, bakery mixes and concentrates, beverage bases and syrups, sauces and spreads, fruit and specialty toppings and other specialty ingredients.
