In this episode of the Lubetkin on Communications podcast, we talk with Mickey Osterreicher, general counsel of the National Press Photographers Association about freedom of the press, constraints imposed by government on the working press, and the challenges facing journalists in the current media environment.

Earlier this year, Mickey helped organize a panel discussion at Temple University to brief journalists on their rights to make photos and video recordings during the expected street demonstrations and protests at the Democratic National Convention. We produced a podcast from that panel discussion that you can hear here.
