“VyStar’s grant was a God-send because we had just opened a special shelter for homeless women vets. It's a home donated through a partnership with St. Andrews Lutheran Church by the Sea, in 2021, and these funds helped cover the overhead of the house such as with electricity, food, and other needs,” said Dee Quaranta, founder and CEO of Northeast Florida Women Veterans, Inc.
