Ryan may be running to be the West lane County Commissioner but in the meantime, he is helping the residents of Mapleton to have safe drinking water and providing new field lighting for athletes in JC at no charge to the taxpayers. In other news I was happy to see that the Joe Berney campaign and the Lane County Tribune decided to be transparent and report the in-kind contributions that were going on. The legislature is in session and Ukraine and Russia are bringing instability to world energy markets and threatening a wider conflict.
