I’ve realized that saving money starts with a mindset switch. Desiring things sometimes comes from boredom honestly. Food. Purchased... I have realized in years that I fulfill myself in certain ways and theyre ways that the energy is going back into me- “free”. Working out, creating, having that hobby,...so I am living a lifestyle where it’s less money to fulfill myself. It’s just more energy and more work. I find enjoyment in that.
