Cloverleaf Radio's host The Host with the Most Jimmy Falcon welcomes back Author and Editor-in-Chief at Rising Tide Publications, Brian K. Morris.
Brian K. Morris is a full-time indie publisher, hybrid author, "award-winning" playwright, occasional actor, and former morticians assistant. Never wanting to be "that guy who wrote just," he wanted to be that guy who wrote EVERYTHING. He's written ads for print TV, business plans, pre-burial arrangement contracts, website copy, small press comic books, short stories, pop culture articles, interviews, audio adventure scripts, newsletters, promotions, anything that sounded interesting.Brian has had his work published in magazines such as BACK ISSUE Magazine, Hogan's Alley, Knights of the Dinner Table, RetroFan Magazine, WHOtopia, The Jack Kirby Collector, and many other magazines in varying degrees of obscurity.
In addition, his work has been seen in The Krypton Companion and short stories in the following anthologies With Great Power, Malicious Mysteries, Metahumans Vs. The Ultimate Evil, and Quest For the Space Gods. While working on new novels, Brian is writing comic book scripts for his friends at BiMor Comics, Silver Phoenix Enterprises, PWhack Comics, and his own Rising Tide imprint.
In 2018, Brian released The Haunting Tales of Spencer Spook #1. A Skyman comic or two are in the works as well as a Spencer Spook sequel. Because he doesn't have enough to do, he have two vlogs on my Facebook page: NEVERMIND THE FURTHERMORE and CLEVER TITLE PENDING. In addition, Brian give seminars on storytelling, motivation, self-publishing, and comics history at conventions, libraries, and for private groups.
