Drink Pure Water & Have a Green Based Diet – If you are currently drinking tap water; try getting a filter. 4 to 5 liters of water per day is best, so many people aren’t drinking enough water and it’s impacting their energy levels. Start eating more greens and organic food whenever possible. 3. Exercise – Not only will this help your brain be sharper but this allows your body to be energized. Surround yourself with people that inspire you to stay active and that you can support each other. Schedule a minimum of 3-4 workout sessions per week.
