“I’m good” has been one of the most common, constant lies I’ve managed to unwittingly perpetuate among my friends and family. I say it to deflect. I may be having an amazing day, I may have a horrible one, but that phrase seems to just stop any further prying... It would be nice to just lay it all out and get these things off my chest though, good or bad.
