For today's episode, Kait and Dylan return to discuss the loss of her brother to suicide, while I dive into the loss of my brother to a Fentanyl overdose. Losing loved ones is spoken about as a loss, one that is sometimes tragic, but we often struggle to find the "right" words to console a grieving person. Considering we have our own ideas of grief, is there a correct and incorrect way of offering support?
