Jonathan Humphries is in conversation with John Wagner, an inspiration in the hospitality industry.
He has built Cycas Hospitality, which is now one of the largest white label operators in Europe with franchises from Marriott, Hyatt and IHG. Cycas Hospitality has been listed as one of the Best Companies to Work For. His journey in Entrepreneurship started from when he was a child and he has wonderful experiences of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship along the way. He truly embodies the entrepreneurship spirit and some of his learnings are absolutely invaluable for anybody who is looking to create, develop and innovate for the hospitality business and other businesses going forward. This is obviously what is needed more than ever coming out of one of the worst crises that we have witnessed seen in modern history.
