Girl, You Haven't Heard??

On Saturday, November 5th 2022, Hodan Hashi was brutally murdered at LIT Nightclub in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan by Paige Theriault-Fisher in a club full of people. No one stepped in to help, no one stopped the fight, instead, people pulled out their phones to record the last moments of Hodan’s life, while encouraging Paige to continue her brutal attack which would result in Hodan’s death. After everyone rushed out of the club, those who took videos immediately posted them across all social media platforms showing no regard for Hodan’s life, showing no respect for her, her family, or her friends. Initially after Paige’s arrest she was charged with second degree murder which carries an automatic life sentence with parole eligibility after 10 years. Only hours later, the Saskatoon police downgraded her charge to manslaughter, a charge which has no required sentence. The systemic racism which allowed Hodan’s death, that allows the courts to frame Paige as a victim herself, is the same systemic racism which Canadians keep denying exists. Less than a week after murdering Hodan, Paige is out on a $5,000 bail. In this video we discuss what I believe to have happened based on the evidence that is currently available to the public -nothing is yet proven, everything discussed is alleged-, the systemic racism which inevitably plays into the case, ways that you can help, and so much more.
