Hey folks! The day that this episode goes up, NASA is due to launch Artemis 1, the first mission of their new moon project. This mission will be unmanned but will serve as a full test of the Orion Spacecraft. This is the opening act of a new program (Artemis) intended to establish a long-term human presence on the moon. I find it particularly fitting that NASA's program to return humanity to the moon is getting underway just as we're getting to the point in our story where NASA is about to start seriously buckling down on getting Project Apollo up and running. I may provide updates on the mission as both it and the show move forward, but we'll see. Here's hoping Artemis 1 a successful flight.
