IN this interview with executive coach, Bob Wummer, we dive into the role Accountability plays for leaders when working toward your enrollment or other department/division goals. How can we hold ourselves accountable to hold our team accountable for their results? Bob reviews three primary factors that help or hurt us as we work to become more accountable. Bob Wummer has spent over a decade coaching individuals, as well as executives at companies far and near. He was one of the first people I turned to as I made the decision to move into a consultant role out of higher ed, and today, seven years, later, he is still someone I turn to for sound advice and to help me look inward when struggling with a decision.
