En este episodio de hoy me gustaría compartir con vosotros como la herramienta Disc os puede servir de mucho para conocer vuestro tipo de personalidad y mas importante aun, elegir un negocio o profesión a vuestra naturaleza.
Durante años realicé una ingeniería que no se correspondía mucho con mi naturaleza de I y me encontré que siempre esta estudiando y realizando cursos de habilidades sociales, comunicación, oratoria, crecimiento personal... pensaba en personas y mi carrera era de procesos y estructuras.
Así que Disc te podrá ayudar a saber también el entorno ideal para tu profesión así como el tipo de carreras que mas te convendrían. Espero que te sea muy útil y te consigas sacar tu D I S i C.
