Kristy is a dynamic senior-level executive recognized for her strong business acumen and for translating strategy into results. As head of Home Lending, Kristy oversees one of the nation’s leading combined home lenders and servicers, funding one of every twelve loans and servicing one of every eight loans in the country. Kristy leads a team of more than 25,000 mortgage professionals in sales, operations, servicing, capital markets, portfolio management, related business, risk management, and supporting functions. Kristy is a force in our industry, and I am grateful to have had her as a guest on the show.
