I want to give you one thought that can help you in ANY situation.
This, right now, this life that you are living is a dream come true.
The home I live in, the people I am surrounded by, the food I eat, the medications available to me, the vacation ahead, the school my children attend, the job my husband has, the fact that we have computers and beds and cars. This is all a dream come true.
You can’t just say it over and over in your head. Well you can, but it won’t land the same. However, saying it with a deep feeling of gratitude will create an entirely different experience.
