Welcome to ”Dog Training Bytes” – the show where canine professionals share their key takeaways, big a-ha moments, and hardest lessons learned from working with dogs.
On today’s episode, Mattison is speaking with Jenny Sims!
Dedicated dog trainer since 2015, Jenny uses science backed positive reinforcement techniques. While each dog is an individual and requires a unique plan, she will always start with setting the team up for success followed by positive reinforcement. A graduate of Animal Behavior College, Fear Free certified professional, CPDT-KA certified, and an evaluator for the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen program. For her, the most valuable part of this career is helping pet parents grow their relationships as the foundation first and then working on the skills needed to get through most any situation. Jenny offers 1:1 private sessions for clients of the Las Vegas valley while she grows her clientele. Her goal is to teach Canine Good Citizen and Trick group classes. She also offers virtual and hybrid private training through Tulsa Pack Athletics.
