This week, I am speaking with Dominating Diabetes Academy Alum, Mrs. Sherry Stephans.
Sherry opens up to me about her entire diabetes journey. From first being diagnosed with a A1C of 18 to her search for the right doctor that would actually listen to her.
We also discuss how bad it got for her. Sherry felt hopeless at one point and even lost a toe to diabetes complications.
Sherry then tells me how it all turned around when she found a new doctor and joined DDA. She is down to taking one pill a day and reduced her A1C to 6.2!
