As Mozambique continues to count votes from its October 9 parliamentary and presidential elections, some international observers, including the Southern African Development Community (SADC), have been speaking about their findings. This comes as independent candidate Venacio Mondlane is claiming victory without evidence over the ruling Mozambique Liberation Front (FRELIMO) party candidate, Daniel Chapo.
