Bio

Andrew: I’m part of the team of experts at Proximo 3, a specialist Microsoft consulting company. Our team provides consultancy and advice on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform projects. I’m a passionate believer in applying change management to CRM projects and a certified Prosci practitioner.

I’ve been a Microsoft Business Applications MVP, specialising in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, since 2017.

Malin: I’m Malin Martnes, and I’m passionate about helping businesses succeed in the ever-evolving world of marketing and CRM.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, marketing and CRM, I’ve worn multiple hats as a user, consultant, and trainer. In 2019, I had the honor of being recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2020. These acknowledgments reflect my commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry and my dedication to sharing knowledge with others.
My journey started with a deep interest in marketing. Although life initially led me down a different path, I never lost my passion for the field. Over the years, I’ve seamlessly integrated my expertise in Dynamics 365 Marketing (now D365 Customer Inisghts – Journeys) with my early passion for marketing, bringing a unique perspective to my work.
My focus encompasses the CRM side of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ClickDimensions, and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
My mission is to simplify the complex, making these powerful tools accessible to all.
