Meet Kwame Kwaten, a music industry polymath and one-third of the Cre8ing Vision Directorship alongside Nicola Ossai (formerly Charles) and Andrea Euell. With over three decades of experience, Kwame has traversed the music landscape as a musician, manager, producer, consultant, and A&R expert. His illustrious career boasts an impressive array of writing and production credits, collaborating with iconic artists like Jay Z, Shola Ama, Mick Jagger, Tom Jones, and Seal. As a former member of D-Influence, signed to Atlantic Records, Kwame had the unique privilege of supporting musical giants such as Michael Jackson, Prince, and James Brown on tour. Kwame's A&R and management work has led to the discovery of remarkable talents like Shola Ama, Laura Mvula, Starley ,and Rumer, resulting in millions of records sold and a plethora of accolades. Presently, he holds esteemed positions, including Trustee at The Brits Trust, Vice-Chair of the UK's Music Managers Forum, Trustee of the MOBO Charity, and Co-Chair of the BRITS Diversity Committee. Kwame is also the Co-Director of the social enterprise company Cre8ing Vision and the Founder and Owner of Ferocious Talent Ltd.
About our guest
Patrick Jordan-Patrikios was born and raised in Pontypool, Wales to a Welsh mother and a Greek father. He moved to London, where he currently lives, when he was 17 and started working as session musician for artists like Coolio, Terri Walker, Big Brovas and others. Patrick's writing skills brought him to the attention of John Saunderson, an A&R at Notting Hill Music, who signed him to the company in May 2010.
He has written and produced for Little Mix, Giorgio Moroder, Britney Spears, Foxes, Matthew Koma and others.
Patrick-Jordan-Patrikios has written and produced songs for Little Mix (Syco), HRVY (Virgin EMI), Pixie Lott (Mercury), JLS (Epic), Olly Murs (Epic), Roll Deep (Cooking Vinyl), Il Divo (Syco), Giorgio Moroder (RCA), Susan Boyle (Sony), Lights (Warner)
He is currently working with Jesy Nelson, who recently left the British girl group Little Mix.
