Barbara Hastings, she has been working in the industry for well over 30 years and teaching for atleast 20 years. She is originally from the Santa Barbara and went through most of her formal education in America. Now, she basis her self in Western Sydney Australia where she is coaching Dialects via online and one on one. Barbara is employed not only as an actor but as a Dialect consultant on set and voice over work. We were very fortunate to have her on to speak to us. She spoke to us about how she works with individual students and how she coaches folks who may also have learning challenges. We spoke about the diverse accents in our industry and how standards and expectations have changed. There alot of learnings in this podcast we hope you folks get out as much as we did.
