David’s going to the dentist for a filling and is pretty anxious about it as he hasn’t been for ages. So it’s an obvious opportunity to document the whole experience on the pod - this is Chatabix after all. Speaking to Joe beforehand, David’s a little high on nerves and distracts himself by singing some old songs and finding out about the hernia operation Joe had years ago. And they continue the chat as David leaves home and drives to the surgery, in spite of some pretty terrible Wi-Fi. Then finally, with the procedure complete and his mouth still a little numb, David gives Joe a full debrief - and what a brave boy he’s been.
