Les Insulaires Microbrasseurs is a Laval-based microbrewery, which was founded in 2018 by Marilène Barale and Guillaume Ouimet (master brewer). The brewery, since its early days, has become a meeting point for locals looking for good classic and experimental beers. In a warm Scandinavian setting, you can enjoy generous local cuisine, complemented by 24 barrels available. The brewery is also responsible for the popular Laval Beer Festival bringing breweries from across Quebec to the delight of microbrewery enthusiasts.
