Walter saw his friend, the talented Blues guitarist Mike Zito, falling victim to the same substance abuse. It was Walter's turn to save a life. And Mike continues to work to help others confront addiction.
This is a story of great personal strength. But more importantly, it beautifully illustrates that by saving one life, one truly can save the world.
