In today's exceptional episode, we are joined by Mark Coope, a man whose story is both harrowing and inspiring.
Mark walks us through his struggles with mental health. Mental health can affect anyone irrespective of our gender.
Mark has faced some of life’s most intense challenges, plunging into the depths of despair after a traumatic event in 2016 that turned his world upside down.
Once a confident and active individual, having spent years as a lifeguard, Rugby League player, and a Ju-Jitsu black belt, Mark found himself battling a new and unexpected enemy: his own mind.

In February 2016, Mark was brutally attacked by a group of youths in an unprovoked assault that left him fighting for his life.
The physical recovery took months, but the emotional scars ran much deeper.
As he tried to rebuild his business and regain a sense of normalcy, Mark gradually lost himself, slipping into a spiral of depression and anxiety that he didn’t fully understand until it was nearly too late.

By 2023, Mark found himself on the brink, struggling with suicidal thoughts and battling inner demons that no one around him could see.
Outwardly, he appeared calm, but inside, he was at war. It wasn’t until an unexpected breakdown during a routine doctor’s visit that Mark began to turn things around.
That moment of vulnerability was a turning point, leading him to realize that it’s okay not to be okay, and that seeking help is not a sign of weakness but a necessary step toward healing.

In this episode, he shares his journey of confronting his fears, rebuilding his confidence, and finding a mentor who helped him transform his mindset.
Mark now speaks openly about his experiences, encouraging others to do the same—to open up, to seek support, and to understand that it’s okay to feel afraid, down, or lost.

Mark turned his struggles into strength by starting an online business and now helps mature entrepreneurs find confidence and success.
Connect with Mark on Facebook and You tube , and prepare to be inspired by his incredible journey .
Tune in and learn more about Mark’s journey ,a testament to the fact that, no matter how dark things may seem, there is always hope.
