#057: Building a Successful Mastermind with Honorée Corder
Manage episode 333753218 series 2941925
Honorée Corder is a strategic book coach who helps professionals and entrepreneurs become authors. She helps them turn their books into multiple income streams by leveraging their education, experience, and knowledge. Honorée is also a best-selling author, writing 53 books in 39 different languages. After spending decades in masterminds herself, Honorée founded her Empire Builders Mastermind. I personally am a member and I’ve been learning so much from Honorée when it comes to developing my own programs.
Honorée and I chat about what it takes to put together a successful mastermind and how to invite people in, whether they’re peers or clients. Some of the most important things to consider are an outcome and a timeframe. If you’re leading a mastermind, you want to make sure you love the way it’s structured so you’re motivated to keep it going. If you’re hesitant to start a mastermind because you don’t think you’re at a high enough level yet, chances are you have way more knowledge than you think. A great way to dip your toes in mastermind creation is to pick a shorter timeframe and make your program curriculum-based. Selecting the right members is key, so think about putting some kind of application process in place.
What’s Inside:
- How to invite people into your mastermind
- How to structure your mastermind and what to offer to your members
- Why it’s important to have a selection process for your mastermind members
