Bedi Othow is passionate about human resources and brings 10 years of experience in banking, law and the Victorian Public Sector to her own project, as the co-founder of DivTal.
DivTal is an online job platform that connects inclusive employers to Black, Indigenous, People of Colour talent.
In this episode, Bedi and Mundanara talk all things inclusivity and diversity in business. From their own experiences navigating the space to what changes can be made to improve the experience for others starting out.
