The Super Lightweight bout between the Bobby Taylor and Gabriel Freyre ended with a stoppage at 1:39 in the 2nd round after 2 earlier knockdowns by Taylor to Freyre. Taylor says he always tries to KO fighters in the 1st round, but in this fight he "went in for the kill" in the 2nd round after learning Freyre's game plan. He says his next shot is Tom Shoaff. Going forward, he wants to fight anyone that will lead to a title fight.
