Max operates Endurance Leadership Coaching and is an accomplished producer and musician who has toured all over the world. THE STORY is of one of transformation, failure, & redemption. Max narrates Raphael Rayevsky‘s journey that takes him from an uninspired and directionless youth to a successful adult leading a life that is full of positive impact.
THE MISSION: After leading Raphael towards living a fulfilled life, Max created Endurance Leadership coaching. Max’s mission is to use his platform to give back. He has generously offered to mentor someone (preferably a young man) for an entire year. We will coordinate together , using the podcast’s forum to ensure his selfless act is fulfilled.
